Skelmersdale Model Aircraft Club is a purpose built site which supports Fixed Wing, Helicopter and Quadcopter disciplines

With a separate flight line for rotary and fixed wing aircraft, a recently extended runway and ample parking it is the ideal location for anyone wanting to enjoy this exciting hobby. SMAC is the ideal place to learn for any beginner, with loan equipment provided by the club and a high number of Instructors and Examiners. If you are a beginner who hasn’t flown before, come and have a trial flight with an experienced instructor and enjoy 50% discount to club fees if you decide to join!
